  BLOG 1: ANYTHING EQUESTRIAN BEGINNING WITH A ANDALUSIAN Also known as the Pure Spanish Horse, or PRE, the Andalusian is a horse breed from the Iberian Peninsula where it's ancestors have lived for thousands of years. Andalusians have been recognized as a well-known and distinct breed of horse since as early as the 15th century. It's build and conformation has not changed much since then. They come from Andalusia, in Spain. Their height can range from around 14.3hh to 17hh. The average Andalusian stallion/ geldings weight is around 510kg, where as a mares weight is around 412kg.
